Front Office & Marketing Manager (Aesthetics & Wellness)
📍 Scottsdale, AZ | In-Office | Salary + Commission-Based Role
Natural Radiance Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and versatile Front Office & Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations, patient experience, and marketing execution within our luxury cosmetic and wellness practice.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the front office, ensuring seamless patient flow from inquiry to treatment, supporting consult-to-close conversion, and executing marketing initiatives that drive practice growth and visibility.
The ideal candidate is both patient-focused and operations-driven, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end aesthetic environment.
We are looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience in aesthetics, med spa, cosmetic surgery, front desk operations, or marketing (required) who is ready to take ownership of both the patient experience and day-to-day practice coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and ensure exceptional patient experience
- Handle patient inquiries, scheduling, and treatment coordination
- Oversee patient flow from inquiry through consultation and treatment
- Support consult-to-close process for high-value aesthetic services
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media, email newsletters, and promotions
- Maintain and update website content and online presence as needed
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all patient-facing communication
- Support onboarding and coordination of staff and providers
- Track patient flow, leads, and operational performance metrics
- Help improve systems, workflows, and overall practice efficiency
Compensation:
- Salary + commission-based structure

Estimated total compensation: $60,000–$80,000+ depending on experience and performance
