Scott Edwards, MD, co-founder and medical director of Natural Radiance Med Spa, is a triple board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and microsurgery with special qualifications in minimally invasive surgery and advanced reconstructive surgery. He also is separately board-certified in Aesthetics, Procedural Medicine, and Anti-aging. He leads the team at Natural Radiance Med Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Edwards graduated Cornell University and Georgetown University School of Medicine, and is an internationally recognized authority in Hand and Microsurgery. He serves as the Fellowship Program Director at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. As a Clinical Professor there, he trains Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery residents and fellows in the treatment of hand and microsurgical conditions. Dr. Edwards has pursued aspects of hand rejuvenation, which enlightened him to the broader aspects of medical aesthetics. His skills as an aesthetic surgeon and wellness physician have led him to be triple board-certified in both Aesthetics, Procedural Medicine, and Anti-aging by the American Association of Procedural Medicine. Dr. Edwards was trained by the prestigious Esthetic Laser Advisor Academy and is a Certified Laser Safety Officer.
He is an active member of the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, the American Academy of Procedural Medicine, and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Edwards enjoys being an aesthetic surgeon and wellness physician, and is passionate about the power of integrating all disciplines to optimize the way you look and feel. As a physician, Dr. Edwards understands how the body’s symphony of physiology, endocrine and paracrine systems, healing processes, biochemistry and metabolism work together in concert to naturally radiate health and beauty. This led him to seek more integrated approaches. As an academic professor and researcher, Dr. Edwards values evidence-based treatments and will only offer therapies that are safe and actually will make a difference! He takes pride in developing a relationship with each individual client and sharing his love of the aesthetic and wellness arts through his knowledge and skills. Dr. Edwards wants everyone to have the best overall Natural Radiance experience and be excited about their natural and radiant results.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her amazing friends, her sweet Pomeranian Mix Moo, and her boyfriend. She loves watching reality tv, shopping, and trying out new restaurants!

Hi, I’m Meredith. I have over five years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, where I’ve developed a passion for helping people look and feel their best. My background in patient care, customer service, and medical spa operations has taught me the importance of creating a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every client.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am committed to continuing my education and growth in aesthetics. I believe that confidence starts with feeling comfortable in your own skin, and I enjoy helping clients achieve natural, beautiful results while educating them throughout their journey.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my two children and making the most of Arizona’s outdoors. You’ll often find me working out, paddle boarding at the lake, hiking, or exploring new places. I also enjoy staying current with the latest advancements in skincare and aesthetic medicine so I can continue providing the best possible experience for my clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Diana Pierce brings unmatched expertise and heartfelt care to Natural Radiance. As our Lead Laser Technician, she’s known for her gentle approach, deep technical skill, and genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin.
Outside the treatment room, Diana loves spending time with her grandkids and taking relaxing trips to Lake Havasu. Her warm personality, dedication, and decades of experience make her an invaluable part of our Natural Radiance family.
Laser Technician & Aesthetician
Nakia brings a unique blend of artistry, precision, and passion to the Natural Radiance Aesthetics & Wellness team. With six years of professional makeup artistry and three years of dedicated laser experience, she has developed a deep understanding of skin, beauty, and results-driven treatments.
Her background allows her to approach aesthetics with both a technical and creative eye, enhancing natural features while prioritizing skin health. Nakia also specializes in Korean facial techniques, one of her favorite ways to help clients achieve that signature, dewy, radiant glow.
Outside the treatment room, Nakia is a true foodie and loves traveling and discovering new cultures, flavors, and experiences. Her warm personality and commitment to client care make her a perfect addition to the Natural Radiance family.

Fivi is our professional Jane Iredale makeup artist and a skilled specialist in medical tattooing, combining artistry with precision to help clients look and feel their best. Whether she’s creating a natural, confidence-boosting makeup look or performing restorative medical tattooing, Fivi is dedicated to delivering beautiful, personalized results with compassion and attention to detail.
Originally from Southern California, Fivi is a trusted beauty expert with over a decade of experience in empowering clients and enhancing confidence. From working with high-profile events like the Miss USA Pageant to collaborating with top beauty brands, her work spans the fashion, talent, and editorial worlds.
Fivi has earned top-tier certifications from renowned institutions, including Makeup Designory (MUD), Scalp Micro USA, Nue Conceal, Studio Conceal, and the Paramedical Tattooing Academy with Jodi Stoski. She specializes in makeup artistry, SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation), and paramedical tattooing (skin camouflage), offering non-surgical treatments for scars, stretch marks, and hair loss.

My name is Elizabeth LaReé Yorke and I have been a nurse for 21 years in the OB/GYN department. I really love what I do: helping patients and their newborn babies get acquainted. I started working for Dr. Edwards so that I could expand my knowledge and help people in different ways to better their health. I love working in this amazing, positive environment and all the knowledge the hospital has to offer.
Outside of my nursing career, I love to Latin dance, enjoy working out and hang out with my dance friends and family. I also have two full-time teenagers who keep me on my toes.
